Seas The Cloud is a female-owned Salesforce consulting firm, founded and led by Paula Sanzaro-Pietruszka. She has spent more than twenty years in IT, and more than thirteen of them inside the Salesforce ecosystem, watching the same thing happen. A company buys a powerful platform, hands it to a large consultancy, gets a team of rotating juniors on the actual work, and ends up two years later with an expensive system nobody internally understands.

Seas The Cloud is the deliberate opposite of that. The senior crew you meet on the discovery call stays accountable for the work, start to finish. When a build needs specialist depth we bring in named Marketing Cloud, Agentforce and Data 360 experts alongside them - people chosen for that scope, not a bench being kept busy. Nobody here has an incentive to make an engagement bigger than it needs to be.

How we work

• Senior led, always. No juniors learning on your budget, and no handing you off to a rotating team. If it is not something we can do properly, we will tell you and point you somewhere that can.
• Data first. We will push back on the flashy request if the foundation underneath it is broken, because building on it just makes the eventual fix more expensive.

She is a Trailhead Ranger and Agentforce Innovator. Candice holds eight, with development depth in Apex and Visualforce, and more than nine years in Salesforce.
